ESTATE OFFICER

Ideal candidate should be a graduate (any discipline) with at least 5 years of experience. Diploma in Civil Engineering / background in civil engineering essential
The job incumbent needs to have knowledge of maintenance of building, furniture, equipment and ground and be well conversant with utility services in a school.
An ability to liaison with civil administration with respect to estate norms is essential
He should know how to handle fire equipment Knowledge of water and electricity supply management in a school campus will be beneficial

SECURITY OFFICER

Ideal candidate should be a graduate (any discipline) with at least 5 years of experience. Prior experience of having served in security forces/ security agencies is preferable
The job incumbent will need to know how to handle equipment related to security and be proficient in his command over security related vocabulary
Knowledge of latest gadgetry in security field is essential
